Hadrian's Travels

Sadly, virtually all the early Roman Emperors/Caesars were ruthless, decadent, power driven men. Many if not most were immoral and allowed themselves to be declared as divine on their coins. They supported the pantheon of Roman (and Greek) gods. Thus Christianity and Judaism, with their moral teachings and worship of a one true holy God was a threat to them. The travel sestertius was often simply a documentation of their, the Emperors/Caesars, traveling through various portions of the Roman Empire to make sure taxes were being collected.
 
In contrast:
Psalm 99:9
"Exalt the Lord our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the Lord our God is holy."     KJV

And as Jesus Christ said,  "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14:6 KJV

Jesus also said, "Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." Matthew 7:13-14 KJV

Remember Genesis 7: 1 says:
 "And the Lord said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation."
