Dr David Coppedge has a new very useful article found at Creation Ministries International online titled "The New Pluto". The recent flyby of an unmanned spacecraft in 7/2015 of Pluto has greatly increased knowledge about its surface. The observations can be consistent with a very young, e.g. not billions of years old, age for the planet. These observations include: 1) jagged high ice mountains, 2) rapid nitrogen gas escape that does not allow for millions of years at the present rate, and 3) lack of impact craters on one part of the planet.
It should be noted that any attempt to accurately date non-observed events of the past and "original" conditions can not be precisely determined and hence any attempt at the the absolute age of this planet or others is impossible-long or short age. But, the data are clearly more supportive of a young age for Pluto. See link below for entire article.
