The Flood:
4 For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth.
Post Flood:
9:13 I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth...the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh. KJV
